Beach Estates Park
Decided to check out Beach Estates Park this evening. It's been long enough that I can't remember the last time I had been there. The trail head starts at the top by the Church of the Nazarene and takes you down to the ocean just across from the Departure Bay ferry terminal. Also saw a Goose with a number around the neck. I did a little research and it turns out that's a goose collar. Click the button below to read more info on why the geese are getting numbered. I found it quite interesting. I actually went through the process and reported the goose I saw. I will have to keep an eye out for more of these collared geese.
